Sane Ting - Super Disk Interceptor

Comment 1: The Super Disk Interceptor is Sane Ting's only known attempt at a SNES copier and is overall, not very good. The copier's text menus make it hard to do basic operations. The SDI came in both 24 and 32Mbits. Games were only able to be copied to disks using a special disk format. The format oddly enough looks like a regular DOS formated disk, but the files are invisible to DOS and the space is never counted for. When downloading ROMs you must use Sane Ting's program to create the disks from the ROM images. With no PC Link you are forced to use this process.

Comment 2: Sane Ting makes this virtually worthless copier. The only way to get roms for this thing is to copy them on to the special disk format. There is no way to transfer games direct from the computer, or a CDROM, you have to copy them straight from the cart or use a conversion process to put them on a 3.5" disk. It has a text based menu system, which makes it hard to use, and it only takes Super Famicom games (unless you have an adapter). It does however, work with an SNES or Super Famicom. Specs include an internal 3.5" disk drive, and comes with 24 or 32Mbits RAM.
